We operate a bespoke system which allows us to record who are our products are sold to, this is to keep our business within the new planned upcoming restrictions to do with blank firing devices.

This system records who purchased the device and records the serial number at the point of sale, coupled with this system is acceptance of liability and safety plus the transfer of the blank firing device is also a requirement and is the responsibility of the purchaser to advise us if the device is sold/lost or destroyed.

Smoke from our products:
When using our products, ensure that you have confirmed there are no players with a medical condition (such as asthma) in the vicinity who are likely to develop a problem breathing in under such conditions.
Never stay in a smoke-filled environment or prevent others from leaving a similar environment. Our products also produce sparks:
Disposal or transfer of pyrotechnics and ownership of your blank firing device:
The disposal of any pyrotechnics is the responsibility of the user:
This includes dud products, spent casings and brass tubes must be disposed of safely as not to create any environmental impact:
This would include shell casings from blank firing grenades or similar devices.
In the event of you selling your blank firing device, we would require you to advise us in writing on whom you sold your device to; this is a home office requirement and is good record keeping.This can be done either by email or through our website under the required transfer web pages.
Failure from your part to transfer ownership makes you liable for the device.


Rejected order process:
At any time and without reason we reserve the right to reject an order.
Nine times out of ten all orders will be processed immediately and without issue.
Upon receiving an order the process for acceptance is that we package and ship your order. We will reject your order firstly by email as an advisory – any monies that have been paid will be refunded, depending on the basis of the rejection may carry a handling charge.


Rejection in writing:
If no responses are received from our email, we will write to the buyer / customer / purchaser This is done within 7 days of the order being made. If no responses are received within 5 working days we will then reject the order and initiate another letter advising of the same.


Rejection in writing:
Upon rejecting the order we will again write in advising of the rejected order and advise at this point a 20% handling charge be levied and that a refund for the difference will be initiated. The reasons behind the 20% handling breaks down into categories, administration of the order which includes online costs.
Packing of the order which is a standard procedure upon receiving an order. Writing 2 letters and posting them, refunding the difference, which includes online costs.


Legality of use:
When we sell our devices we cannot guarantee that the application is suitable for use for any other reason other than for training purposes or game enhancements or effect.
Our devices are sold on the basis that the customer has correct legal rights to use our devices in whatever application is required within the above determination.
We cannot guarantee that the device can be used by the purchaser at any particular airsoft or paintball venue, this would be the decision of the site owner.
We however contact all insurance companies that offer civil liability cover for said venues, to get our products approved and added to the policies that cover such events.
The legality of use is the responsibility of the site owner, to ensure that our devices are added to their insurance policies and that a full safety and practical demonstration is provided before use commences.
This would apply worldwide as well as the United Kingdom and should be part of a site health and safety briefing.

Payment:
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure online order form.

Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously.

We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online. We can however accept cash, cards for our physical shop in person, identification must be provided when buying face to face.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our head office on –by phone 0151-644 1611 or by email paul@swatuk.com As we try to process orders immediately it may not always be possible to prevent an order from being despatched. If your order has already been despatched you may return the items to us in accordance with our Returns Policy (below).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an item we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. This only applies if the order is cancelled prior to despatch.


Returns policy:
Once an order has been despatched the sale is complete, if you wish to return an item/s once shipped we will levy a 25% handling charge, this is to cover administration and handling costs incurred by us.
This handling charge in some cases may be waived and would be classed as good will on our part, this is determined by who the customer is and the destination of the delivery.

Delivery:
All our United Kingdom deliveries are shipper via royal mail special 1st class tracked delivery service or UPS.

Please note we will not send any goods out by standard un-tracked post due to abuse of this service by past customers.
Once an order has been received and verified by way of our registration and declaration system, the items are then shipped for two day delivery. If an order is placed on a Friday it will be shipped on a Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Deliveries can be delayed if your registration form has not been returned, this is a requirement within our terms of sale and trading.

All united kingdom deliveries are sent under the criteria as laid out above.
If you wish for tracking details through royal mail please indicate this within your order in the comments box which will appear upon finalising your order with us.

All our international deliveries are shipped with Fed-ex international:
Once an order has been received and verified by way of our registration and declaration system, the items are then shipped for delivery by Fed-ex international services.
If an order is placed on a Friday it will be shipped on a Monday.
If you wish for tracking details please indicate this within your order in the comments box which will appear upon finalising your order with us.
All deliveries are sent under the criteria as laid out above, we can provide you with the tracking details upon request when you place your order.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items shipped that get delayed by customs or border agencies.
It is your responsibility to check that you can import such devices legally to your country.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays also caused by closures or holiday periods.
If an item is returned due to non-conformity to your specific country and you require a refund, we will charge a 25% handling charge for refunds caused by rejections from customs or border agencies.

Dealers that want to arrange their own shipping collection can do so by prior arrangements.
If a dealer is arranging the collection of their order, we will require a paper receipt from the carrier.
Dealers using their own carrier accept responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the consignment, as well as any customs and handling charges or tax liabilities for their specific country.


Saturday a.m. deliveries:
Saturday a.m. deliveries are by special arrangement only and are charged as extra for shipping.
All Saturday required delivery orders must be placed no later than 12.00 am (12.00 hours) and the required registration documents must be returned at the point of order.
There is an additional charge for this service of £5.00 on top of the standard shipping rates, this is an extra within our online shop and must be paid prior to us shipping your order.
We accept no responsibility once the item is shipped that it arrives on the Saturday a.m. as this relies on the royal mail postal service. Tracking data can be supplied upon request.


Specific day delivery to UK addresses:
We regret that we are unable to offer specific dated delivery to locations within the UK highlands and Islands or any international deliveries within the E.U. or the United States of America.


Deliveries to addresses outside the UK:
These are made within 20 working days. Subject to customs inspections and delays.

We make every effort to despatch items on time. If we are unable to deliver the items within your chosen arrival period, we will aim to contact you to discuss your options and despatch as soon as possible. If the items are not delivered within the time period we specify in the Confirmation Email, please contact our Customer Relations Department quoting the order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.

Delivery occurs when the items are delivered to the delivery address you specified when placing your order. At this point, responsibility for loss, breakage and damage passes to you. Should you specify at point of order that goods are left with a neighbour, this is done so at your own risk. All goods must be signed for upon delivery.

Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.


Orders for Delivery outside the United Kingdom:
The products specified on this website are suitable and approved for use for customers within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands). Customers who choose to purchase items for usage and distribution to locations outside the United Kingdom do so at their own risk and have a personal responsibility regarding compliance with local laws.


Deliveries to the U.S.A:
Would be subject to the current laws, and any contingency must to carried out by the purchaser in some cases there are exemptions please contact us directly if you are concerned.

Customs Duties:
If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach the specified destination. S.w.a.t. training devices limited have no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs authorities may request personal information such as Social Security number when inspecting your parcel; failure to provide this information to Customs will result in the parcel being returned. In this instance we are unable to refund the cost of postage and packaging. Please note that for items you order through our Website you are considered the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the items are to be delivered. Please note that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. S.w.a.t. training devices limited cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were dispatched should they be subject to inspection.


Items damaged in transit:
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.


Defective items:
You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.


Incorrect Items:
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our head office on 0151 –644 1611as soon as possible or within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us, and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before we send out the replacements, incorrect shipped items carriage will be paid by us for our error.


Costs:
Please return any incorrect item to our address, we will replace or refund you for the incorrect item upon receiving the returned goods.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping and taking reasonable care of them. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged during transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.


Please note that should you choose to return items from overseas, the return of items may therefore be at the senders own expense.

Losses:
We will be responsible for any losses you suffer as a direct result of us breaching these On-line Shopping Terms and Conditions if those losses were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time the contract for the sale of items by us to you was formed (i.e. at the point we send the Despatch Confirmation E-mail to you). 1. are offering this warranty for 2 years from date of purchase.
2. This covers, breakages from dropping or impacts which fracture the main casing.
3. Failure of the internals including the fuse timer.
4. Failure of the safety lever.
5. Failure of the safety lever scroll pin.
6. Failure of the o-ring (nternal).
7. Failure of the A jet (internal).
8. Cost price for the replacement of the loading cap and receiver.
9. Cost price for the replacement of the brass valve.
The warranty does not cover shipping, we expect the customer to pay shipping to us.
The warranty does not cover loss of items in the v.t.g. package or bfgx package
The warranty does not cover crossed threads or damage to the loading cap and receiver but can be replaced under the cost price offer.
Cost price, means we can offer repairs to the customer but offer a small charge for perishable parts such as the loading cap, the receiver the brass valve. We will not charge for fitting the cost parts.
Return of your v.t.g. will be paid by us the manufacturer if failure or damage occurs as per sections 1 to 7 if the items under 8 to 9 are required, we will charge standard postage or shipping rates.
